Object oriented CSS - not accurately named, but by far and away the best and most solid way of building CSS for large projects. I wholeheartedly endorse the use of transparent content modules, grids, and reducing the need to recode fragile CSS once built.

Incredibly useful for working out behaviour of web interface objects that aim to simulate this behaviour - although this really falls short of being a complete spec (e.g. what happens if you click out of, keyboard into, etc…)
